Just received my Canon RF 100-500mm F4.5-7.1L IS USM Lens (ordered online). Aden came through where others couldn't. I couldn't be happier! :)

I absolutely adore the kind staff at Aden’s. I recently got into shooting on my father’s old film camera months ago and came to them with questions (batteries, types of film, etc.). They patiently answered them all and recommended products. Their development rates are low and extremely quick! 9/10 times I receive the scans within a day! I moved about 6 months ago. I had previously ordered stuff to my old address. However, I did change it and made sure that they shipped to my new address now. Guess what? THEY SHIPPED TO MY OLD ONE! IDIOTS!

Let me start by saying that the staff is knowledgeable and cool. This was my first time dealing with Aden Camera and I felt like a valued customer. I purchased a Sony a7s3 and received great customer service + big time extras. I highly recommend you check them out, I know I will be a return customer for any of my photography/video needs.

I ordered the Canon EOS R and with the free lens adapter from another shop however the other company had no adapter left and said it could take months to be restocked so I'd be waiting a while. I contacted Aden Camera and talked to John a few days later as I saw they had the lens adaptor in stock but only had the camera on sale for 1999.99. I let John know the deal I was going to get at the other store and asked if they could match the sale. Not only did John match the price but also beat it by adding the lens adapter and a free battery with the camera for the exact same price. If this was not already the best service John then went above and beyond by delivering the camera and extras to my door the same day I made the purchase !!!!! I would highly recommend this shop to everyone I know and all my pro photography friends, Best customer service anyone could ask for. Thanks again Aden Camera you have my business for life !

I would like to thank everyone at Aden Camera for helping out to resolve a focusing issue with a Sigma 150-600mm C lens. Special thank you to Eddie Cheung, for always taking care of my needs whether it be a new purchase or a problem with equipment. The people at Aden Camera are so helpful and caring about their customers needs, they do go that extra mile to satisfy their customers. My Sigma lens wasn’t focusing at all in cold weather and Aden Camera sent it back to Sigma to resolve this problem. It did take awhile but was well worth the wait as now my lens that I got back is working perfectly no matter the weather conditions. This is the reason more people should shop at Aden Camera, they do go that extra step to help the customer. I want to thank Eddie for all his help this week so I can have my new camera before I go away. I had ordered it from a competitor and they kept delaying me on the delivery.
